AMBASSADORS THAT SERVED THE GAMBIA IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Since the establishment of the Embassy of The Gambia in the United States of America in 1979, twelve (12) Ambassadors were appointed by the three consecutive governments that served the country from 1965 to 2023. The appointments were deliberate attempts to solidify bilateral relations between Banjul-Washington, Canada, Mexico, Brazil.
